What will it cost before you've even seen it?
The call-out is a fixed $95 and covers the first 30 minutes (sample figure). Small jobs get their full price on the phone. For bigger ones we look first, then give you the figure in writing. Nothing extra happens without your yes.
Can someone come today?
Usually, if you ring before 2pm. Urgent problems we take until 22:00. You get a two-hour arrival window on the call and a text when we're 20 minutes away.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes for permitted work such as a new circuit, a panel upgrade or an EV charger: we pull the permit and you get the signed-off inspection. Smaller repairs come with the invoice and the test readings.
What if the fault comes back?
Everything we fit carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Ring the same number and we come back at no charge.
Do you leave a mess?
Dust sheets go down before anything is opened, shoe covers stay on, and we hoover before we leave. If we cut into a wall we tell you first and make it good.
I'm renting. Who pays?
With your OK we can send the quote and the invoice straight to your landlord or property manager, and arrange access with them.
Do you do shops and offices?
Yes: small shops, cafés and offices, often after closing time so you don't lose a day's trade.
